Piglins sometimes breed hoglins

When there are no more than 3 hoglins within a 16 block radius of each other, piglins will occasionally attempt to breed hoglins. This would make sense due to the scarcity of food in the Nether, and the fact that piglins have crimson fungi. It would make the Nether's "ecosystem" more lively as well.

    Definitely, also hoglins should drop a unique food.

    They should do this in the Hoglin Stable version of the Bastion Remnant.
