Add sounds that play when the player respawns the Ender Dragon

A sound effect should play when respawning the Ender Dragon. Currently it looks cool but it's silent, it doesn't feel right.

    I think the dragon roaring loudly after being brought back would be cool. Maybe it would have some reverb to make it more dramatic and intimidating!
