Crying obsidian should have an Animated texture

The animation doesn't have to be very drastic. Maybe something similar to prismarine in the way that it changes color a bit. Maybe it should pulsate from purple to a blue-er purple.

    Since it's "crying" obsidian, make it cry.

    I even expected to have an animated texture when I got the nether update but was disappointed because it wasn't animated.
