When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

I dislike things that you can infinite of without traveling. Most stuff you can get by trading anyway. So no. An item so strong should not be renewable

I agree with ShadowLord104 the point of a new ore is that we go mining to get it and there should be no way around it

A better way to have a renewable source of Netherite is just having a small drop rate of it from piglin trades with gold blocks. And for all the players saying it is too strong to be renewable, I currently can get a full set of diamond gear for less than 9 stacks of wood using fletchers and the blacksmith profession villagers. Having renewable Netherite would allow players not to flood their save file size and would help accommodate large populations of players. It is the same issue with the elytra. Without renewability, it is a resource that can’t really be enjoyed given no one wants to travel 100k blocks just for a chance to find something that you’d die before you ever could get to it, or get it back

It should be difficult, maybe it should require some netherite to start with, and it would be cool if it required redstone, but yes.
