Nether Zombie Variant

So, since we have some interesting new mobs in the Nether, why not add another, more to fit with the "hell"-ish theme of it housing undead, like the Wither Skeletons? Let's call this one, "The Ghoul"- red/blackish zombies that roam mainly in the Soulsand Valley. Their behavior is the same as a regular zombie, but what makes fighting a horde of ghouls more dangerous? A horde of ghouls that can inflict a wither effect!

    Dodo they turn into Husk when they leave the Nether. And do any zombies turn into them when they are in the Nether?
