Ability to see offhand item in hotbar

I think it eould be nice to be able to see your offhand item in your hotbar like java. Since this focuses in parity i think it fit in their.

    Not only see but use items in your offhand. Just like Java. I understand it took a bit for shields to be implemented in bedrock, but not having to switch hands to use a torch or eat while mining or fighting would make it easier for us
