Raindrops On Glass

When it rains, there should be raindrops that slowly drip on the side of the glass, if the tops of any glass blocks are exposed to the rain, raindrops will just stay in the same place. When the raining stops, the raindrops on the windows will stay there for about 5 minutes, slowly growing more and more transparent until they disappear. This would just add a little more realisticness to Minecraft.
