The scorching eel (Lava mob)

It would be cool to see the lava lakes re-worked in the nether update. I had an out of the blue thought about a lava mob/boss thingy. Bear with me now "The Scorching Eel. This "eel" would be a mob that swims slow under lava and leaps out of the lava every now and then. It would have 200 health give or take, breathing fire on your from a 15-20 block radius. When killed it will drop an "flaming eel heart" or something. This could be used to make possible a new potion called "eel scene" which gives you the ability to swim faster under lava and see clearly in a 10-15 block radius. Yes the chances of this being added are a 000.1% chance, But at least i put my ideas out here and maybe you or someone can rework them or get another game plan.

    200 health seems like a bit much, maybe bring it down to 20 (Skeleton/Zombie/Player levels) and add flame damage on contact instead. Also the fire breath seems to be a bit much for a normal mob.

    Now, if we had a Nether Monument in the lava, then your pseudo-dragon could very well be the boss of it, and drop the lava equivalent of sponge.
