(Bedrock Parity) Grass blocks can be used in composters

In Bedrock, grass blocks can be used in composters. This should be added to Java for parity and because it's a better way of getting rid of any unneeded grass blocks.

    Doesn't really make sense IMO. Grass blocks are like 95% dirt

    Or maybe your grass block becomes dirt when composting, as you are composting the grass, not the dirt.
