An advancement trigger for filling in a map.

This advancement trigger will be able to detect the completeness of a map the player has, the zoom level of that map, the area of the world the map covers, and the dimension the map shows, since maps in the end are supported.

I can't believe there's still no map advancements in Java Edition. Bedrock has one for filling in 9 adjacent ones. This should be added to Java! It takes a lot of time and is definitely an advancement.
