Map's not hidden when using boat

It's really annoying to have to stop the boat every time i need to check the map. It would be great if the map wasn't put down when rowing the boat

    This would be a good quality of life change. I'd also say that it would be cool if clocks and compasses weren't hidden when using the boat either since I see them as similar to the map in the way that they are used (looking at them in your hand, that is.)
