(Bedrock) Fix the game hanging and reloading when you tab into fullscreen

In Bedrock edition, the game hangs for several seconds and reloads itself every time you switch into the game, if it's in fullscreen.

https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-31994 was reported, and was recently closed as "Won't Fix." Obviously this is an unacceptable resolution. Java Edition and literally every other application I can think of does not have this glaring issue. This should be fixed.

    i litterly just cannot play the game it just keeps reloading and i cannot fix it, its happening even when im not fullscreen. And after a few reloads the game becomes VERY laggy and even more unplayable than it was.

    I can't believe this has never been fixed. It really makes you wonder how a game with such a large budget from a massive company can have so many issues open for YEARS,
