Thunderstorms in Snow Biomes should become Hailstorms

Just an aesthetic change with no real gameplay changes. I think this would be a nice change, as the light snow with crashing thunder doesn't exactly go together very well, at least in my opinion.

    In reality, hailstorms come from thunderstorms regardless of where you are, and thundersnow is a real thing also. I feel like hail should be added through a new in-game weather phenomenon - Severe Thunderstorm. Maybe flooding could be added, but I’m not sure if that would really be possible right now.

    Maybe instead of it being purely visual it could be able to do damage to mobs and blocks under it.

    I like the idea, i think they would make damage and not only appear in snowy biomes, they would appear in biomes like plains.

    YES YES YES I can imagine in my head having one pixel ice particles falling from the sky. I think it should occur in other cold biomes too like the taiga and mountains
