Fish should nibble on kelp to keep it from growing too tall

Just like in real life, fish should nibble off the top bit of kelp every so often to keep it at bay (hah). As it stands, kelp always ends up growing to the very top of the water, making the area look cluttered and just unappealing.

To remedy this! The fish that naturally spawn would nibble on the kelp, wearing it down and preventing it from getting tall, and giving fish a purpose to exist. Realism doesn't have to be the focus of Minecraft, but this little bit of realism is both useful and it adds some more life to the world!

    Love it!
    Kelp always goes to the top, and it's so boring. Maybe fish could nibble at all heights, making everything above break. This would vary it even more. People could get really creative with fish powered kelp farms.

    Minecraft update makes kelps grow slower..
    But add damaged kelp from fishes which ingrown is intresting !
