Make cats optional

The villages in the Bedrock Edition are overrun with cats. I would like the option to not have cats in my worlds. I think a switch similar to the one for clouds would be a great add. Another possible solution, is the player selects from 0 to 10 cats per village.

I think the option to change ocelots to cats was great, at least I could decide if I wanted cats or no cats and the number.

    Could be done as a gamrule command. Would be a bit wierd to have it in the settings, at least on java.
