(Bedrock) Seed picker button should be more noticeable/easier to find

Currently, the seed picker button in the create world screen is just an arrow next to the seed box. I think this can make people easily not realize that that button leads them to the seed picker and will just ignore it. When I first started playing, I never knew the seed picker was a thing because of that. 

I think that instead of just having an arrow next to the seed box, there should be a button that says "Seed Picker" below or next to the seed box. This will make it much easier for people to find the seed picker.

Additionally, I think adding a loading screen tip talking about the seed picker would help.
