Item wheel option for easy block access

I want a item wheel option because it would be easier for controllers and mouse input devices, it basically would function this Way: you press a button(or in touch devices a icon) which pops the item wheel with all your items, Minecraft will soon use a item wheel like thing for emotes in bedrock, but this feature is for all versions preferably, plus it would help the game feel more realistic without much of the hud except for exp hunger and health
