(Bedrock Parity) Netherrack generated with floating portals

On Bedrock, generating a floating portal will also produce Netherrack. This serves two functions: (a) it stops players from accidentally falling to their deaths when coming out the other side and (b) it makes Netherrack a renewable resource, allowing technical players to develop AFK farms that produce it (and thus also Nether bricks, stairs, walls, fences, and their red counterparts). It would be great to also have this on Java Edition.

Maybe there could be a chance of blackstone instead, depending on the biome it spawns in?
