(Character Creator) Skin color wheel

I play on Xbox one, and I've noticed the very limited color scheme in the skin creator. Such as, black is only an option for eyes, if you have a bright red skin, there is no darker shade to use for the mouth. Maybe someone wants to use dark, desaturated green skin? This could be improved upon with a simple color wheel- perhaps with hue, saturation, and brightness sliders to fine-tune colors?
