Hello, Mojang! I would like to make a suggestion for Minecraft on Nintendo Switch. The suggestion is to have Pocket Edition controls available when the console is undocked, and has no controllers connected. Now I know you’re thinking: okay, but why wouldn’t you have controllers? And here’s where Nintendo comes in. See, you know those Joy-Con things? They have this terrible defect that makes all games basically unplayable. It’s called “Joy-Con Drift”. I really don’t want to have to wait for the TV to be free so I can play Minecraft with my friend using my USB controller. I think this would also be cool because if the Joy-Cons are discovered to have a more severe defect (What? I wouldn’t be surprised.), then players can play in handheld mode. Plus, it has a screen the size of a tablet, so it would not be too hard to implement. Or, at least I think. I’m still learning how to develop games. Anyways, could you please add this into the game? I’d love to play some Minecraft on the go without spending $80 on a new set that’ll also break or send mine in for a 3 month repair process. It would be amazing! But, don’t feel like you have to do it though, it’s a small little thing and it isn’t necessary.
