This would be a new mob that could be part of a new mystical(?) class of mobs. First and foremost, it’s stats would be 15 hearts, 32 block sight range, movement speed that of a ghast, and a sword attack that does 5 hearts (normal difficulty) in a 3*3 area. It would have a rare spawn which would make it hard to come across without actually hunting it down in both The End and Nether. It's spawn would be extremely rare in nether fortresses and slightly less rare in biomes like soul sand valley( the "haunted" biomes). It would attack any undead mob plus ghasts. In its first physical form, it would take nearly no damage against physical harm (i.e bows, swords) but would instead be harmed only by “magical” harm (potions) and/or by the player being able to stun it with a shield (10% chance) to hit the weak spot on its back or just straight up go for the weak spot(any method of harm would work). After that form has been defeated it will rise again in a mystical form in which it can fly, summon "fallen"(basically nether/end vexes that are slightly less dangerous), take damage in any way, and also have the ability to summon plasma orbs(wall piercing entities that deal 1.5 hearts on normal that are unblockable and undeflectable). It could drop a rare resource that would be new and unique to Minecraft mysticism, allow the player to gain new unique abilities from this mob, or just be able to create a potion of levitation :).
