Floor/ceiling item frame redstone output (Bedrock)

The floor and ceiling placed item frames should have a rotation based redstone output like the wall mounted ones do. This could be accomplished by having the item frame carry the signal one block deeper than the one it's mounted on, and have the comparator coming off that second block. At that point it could be placed on any of the 4 sides. Perhaps the block could even be a new block that retains the power level of blocks it's attached to, and could have an arrow or direction like command blocks. The back of the arrow would dictate which blocks' power level was maintained.
