As of late with many of the new updates for the Bedrock Edition such as 1.13, many old resource packs or bugged resource packs can easily render the game unplayable for people using iOS devices. Some packs disable all function for the title screen’s UI and functions. Offering a safe mode during launch would prevent a player from being entirely shut out of their Minecraft experience and would allow more time for bug fixes to be pushed out in the form of an update. Players who use the Bedrock Edition may find it easier to utilize such a feature than to resort to external methods, such as but not limited to using iTunes, Windows File Explorer, and external apps to modify game files. This will also help with aspiring developers who wish to test their work. This could be a feature that is easily disabled if a player does not wish to use it.
