Endermite nests/endermite burrows

the ender mite nests would spawn in the end and would be made out of obsidian and slime blocks, and they would have 8 ender mite spawners. the ender mites would drop ender mite meat, which gives you strength 1 for 2 min,, 5 saturation points, and 6 hunger points, so now there useful. the ender mite nest spawns with 20 ender mites by default, and these would be very rare, about the spawning of ocean ruins. these would make ender mites really useful.

Edit:

as one of my commenters said, "ender mite nests should be ender mite burrows", so why not both? there could be burrows in the island. and they also pointed out that the nests cant have slime blocks, so there can be ender slime or something, and when you step on it, you get poised for 5 seconds, and the block is like a purple slime block. you can also cook ender mite meat, this gives you 5 hunger points and 4 saturation, and it gives you strength 1 for 3 min.

    No, ender mite nests are a cool idea, however they should be burrows in the islands, and they cannot have slime blocks.

    I think that the mites deserve a little more functionality, besides just being another food. 

    I propose that endermite colonies should spawn in the outer end island, and look like termite mounds. These mounds would act like mob spawners do, spawning endermites until destroyed. If the mounds are destroyed, flying endermites (similar to bees) could fly out, along with a queen endermite. If the queen is killed, she will drop chorus pulp. Chorus pulp would be used to fuse elytra with a shulker box, adding a modest 2 points or armor rating.
