I have been a player since 2010. I have recently seen some video's popup on Youtube about Indev. Indev was a survival version between Minecraft Classic and Minecraft Infdev (the version before Alpha came). Indev was a very basic survival game, very fun to play and it would be awesome to see a revived Indev client again.
Why does Indev need to return?
Indev had a limited map size, resembled the Classic version, very easy to understand and had its own style. It is also important to keep the history of Minecraft alive by making a playable client for Indev. The only features that needs to be added again is doors (wood and iron door), creative mode, multiplayer and it's own client launcher just like Minecraft Alpha had.

It would be really nice to see Indev being revived one day. The Classic client that was recently added to the Minecraft website does not resemble the original Minecraft the way it was.
