Chainthrower/Harpoon Illager (Raid)

A new type of illager that throws a chain at the villager/player and draws it to itself, causing damage to target. He also will be holding target on a chain for few seconds, allowing other illagers to deal damage.

    Maybe an illager that can swing a flail and do major damage on iron golems

    A harpooner illager would make sense, but if it throws harpoons it should be strictly in raids near the ocean.
