(Java Parity) TNT Minecarts

TNT minecarts will explode instantly (with no "fuse" sound or animation) in Java, but they will go through the "fuse" sound and animation on Bedrock. The TNT minecart ought to explode immediately upon detonation, as in Java.

    Agreed and the machanics should be the same too like when it hits a pressure plate it explodes but not with bedrock

    Alse make instant explosions with TnT instead to end crystals to simplify commands
