Enderman Should stay in shade when it rains

Enderman are smart Mobs, but I think that Enderman would realize that water hurts so they wouldn’t just teleport into it, I notice many times that when an Enderman is safe from the rain he just teleports back into it, Enderman should stay in shade when it rains so they are smarter and it doesn’t seem that fitting for an Enderman that knows water hurts teleport into water

    I think this is a good idea, skeletons already know how to stay under leaves when its daytime, it shouldn't be too hard to implement this.
