Unenchanting Command

I know that we already have the grindstone, but if we could use the /enchant command in a way such as /enchant @...nchantment from the list, and if there are no other enchantments left, it removes the shiny effect, rendering the item unechanted. Just a small idea I thought of

    This is possible using /data remove:

    /data remove block 12 23 34 Items[{id:"minecraft:diamond_sword"}].tag.Enchantments[{id:"minecraft:sharpness"}]
