Add ability to pick Realms server region location

I live in America. The person I want to play with lives in China. The server we would use should logically be somewhere between us otherwise one of us will have to suffer extreme lag while the other has almost none. Currently Realms just forces you to use a server nearest the server owner and it makes no sense to limit such a thing in such a way. Please give us the option to set where we want the Realms server to be hosted.
