Nether Portal sounds

Nether Portal sounds should either be changed or make less sound. This also might be hard to explain but when you walk through the nether portal sound it shouldn't do the full sound effect like when you enter it, it should be like a generator how it goes up and goes down in sound instead of doing the full sound, I can't really explain it so please re-do my sentence in the comments if anyone understand what I'm talking about.

  I think I understand what you mean. Basically make the portal sound not play all the way when we don't stay inside the portal but just walk through it.
