The Nethershroom

The Nethershroom would be really rare, this mob is similar to the mooshroom but the nether variant. I would imagine this mob being found in an extremely rare biome in the nether. It would be red with orange spots. Instead of milking it for mushroom soup, you would milk it for a fire resistance potion which would make the nether just a little bit more livable for players, when killed it would give you 1-3 cooked beef.
