Minecraft Story Mode Season Three

Minecraft Story Mode's first two seasons were great! I laughed, I cried, I threw my controller But then it ended, it was just done. So many fans just like me wanted more. For awhile, that wasn't possible, since Telltale Games was shut down. But recently, Telltale was bought under new ownership. That means that Season Three could be a reality! Yipee!

    I agree. Mojang should do it since they supported Telltale Games.

    Even though Telltale is back up, they no longer have the licenses for MC:SM Season One nor Season Two, so instead of asking for them to make MC:SM Season Three, we should tell them to give them the licenses.

     

    What's weird is that in this article (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/important-minecraft--story-mode-information) they act like if Telltale never existed, as they only mention the word "Telltale" in the name of the game.

    I can theorize that one day, someone will help them get the licences back, and start season 3. I don't know how, but it will happen eventually.

    Have you looked at the list of mobs and on the bottom of spin off games mobs, there is an empty section with the title, Minecraft: Story Mode exclusive mobs? Do you think it's a coincidence that it's there? Could that be the 1st sign that Story Mode is returning?

    Minecraft Dungeons is coming out on May 26th and it is a bit like story mode.

    It isn't like story mode entirely, but there could be a conversion between the two where the characters of story mode meet the characters of dungeons for the 1st time.

    Minecraft Story Mode was never a good game, even as a person with nostalgia for it. However, I wouldn't say I hate the game. Even as a kid, I noticed that the story wasn't too good or much of a "minecraft story" at all. It's just a simple story with Minecraft elements thrown around it and then claiming it's a "minecraft story".

    I do agree that Minecraft Story Mode didn't have an impressive story, but the story was a pretty simple and good one for everyone to understand.

    The game doesn't just make a story then add Minecraft Elements, it builds a story around Minecraft.
    First, we have the wither/command block, then we have the portals and stories around creative items(Skyblock)/traps/respawn, then we have the admin and a reference of deleting old worlds.

    The story won't work very well if it isn't in a Minecraft universe, many things would have to change if they did not do it in the Minecraft Universe. This isn't simply putting a "Minecraft Texturepack" on a story, this is a story that builds around Minecraft. Just like Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Earth, they aren't just games with a "Minecraft Texturepack" they are games built around the Minecraft Universe.

    I would like to conclude that the game definitely has its faults, but in general, the game is at least decent.
    I do hope for a season 3, it was an enjoyable game. But I'm not desperate for it.

    I think a reboot of MCSM would be better. If MCSM was developed my Mojang and canon in the Minecraft universe, it would be much better, at least because we could actually discover pieces of Minecraft lore like we do in Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Earth.

    I want to play Minecraft Story Mode Season 3, I'm so happy that now there's a possibility for Telltale Games to make a tried seazon.

    Man, i wish we could get another season. 

    Minecraft story mode was great. At the very least i wish they'd make it available for purchase again - my friends wanted to try it so bad so i had to just stream it for them.

    I think- no, think is wrong. I mean that I believe that a successful series doesn't deserve to be left out or forgotten. They do deserve a mighty comeback! Maybe at this year's Minecraft Live, they can talk about this as a topic. It would be worth it, to do that, and to give Telltale Games the licenses back to them. And there could be a trailer for that too.

    I say they won't make it, it said the game was cancelled from production so idk if they would be back and makes the third one but indeed that i know they could if the fans really support them highly and have a cooperation with Mojang again to built the third one well let's just hope the third one would come soon enough

    Well if telltale games is going to make a season can someone tell them to put Herobrine in it from those really good animations. Ex: Black Plasma Studios and others.

    I am from russia, but game hasn't got russian voice. I hope mojang will add this. But I think nobody will see that vote and minecraft story mode is dead:(
