New Mob: Blooditor

What if there was a new mob in the overworld or nether called the Bloodotaur or Moonotaur (Haven't thought of a too great name yet). In mornings it wouldn't attack you and it will look like a really pale red (not quite pink, but close) and it would look like the minotaur, but light red. 

At night it will attack you and it will become a blood red color. If you kill one, the sky and moon will turn red and all other bloodotaurs will do significantly more damage to you. They will probably be pretty rare.

    I think its good idea but that will be copy of zombie pigman
