As we all know, 1.14 was the big village update. Although we have got a lot of new variation in the villages I feel like there could be more done to them. So I present the idea of hostile villages. Think like the pillager outposts, but whole thriving villages where the villagers (or pillagers) are, not so friendly. It should present the question that when you see a village on the horizon if you should go or not, maybe these villages could have better loot but be more dangerous to conquer. It just adds more variation to the overworld villages that we already have.
