Curse of binding sound

The Curse of Binding enchantment is a nasty enchantment, Along with trying to leech on your skin. You can even troll your friends with it. It'd be a nice way to give the player some feedback If when you put on a armor piece, It plays a gripping sound effect, like rope tightening upon a stick.
