Vietnamese language and make fonts compatible with that language

In Minecraft Java there is Vietnamese language. But why don't have Vietnamese in Minecraft Bedrock? Most Vietnamese players are children so they will not good at English. Even myself too. Also please make Vietnamese characters compatible with Minecraft fonts. Font like Noto Sans if i chat something like ằ or other it will auto change to Mojangles UTF-8 font.
