The Lightguard

A new flying mob that can be summoned by crafting a light orb, with 4 glowstone blocks and 5 phantom membranes. It can also spawn naturally in forests (oak, birch, taiga, snowy taiga, roofed etc). It is a utility mob, which means that it will follow the player and fight with him. It also protects villagers and turtle eggs and attacks with lightballs, setting enemies on fire without setting any blocks on fire. If killed, it will drop 0-2 phantom membranes (drops are unaffected by looting enchantment). They also can detect enemies from up to 50 blocks away!

We don't have many utility mobs (we only have the iron golem and the snow golem, with only the iron one dealing actual damage to the enemies), so an addition of one would help the player more on his journey.
