(Java Parity) Add the ability to Undye Shulker boxes

I would like to be able to undye my shulker boxes, by using a cauldron full of water, just like in the Java edition. This feature is missing in Bedrock Edition, it would be great to have it ported over.

Please upvote so the developers consider implementing this feature :)
