Better Nether Fortress loot with distance

Ok, imagine this. The farther away from 0,0 in the Nether, the better the loot inside fortresses. The nether is a challenging dimension to traverse, so you should be rewarded better, the farther out you are. I made an example list of what the loot could look like, depending on how many blocks from 0,0 you are
