holiday and event animals

I thought of this one day and decided to post it here because why not. So when it is a holiday or a other special time a special type of any animal can but has a low chance to spawn in your world. If its Minecraft's birthday maybe a pig with a party hat may spawn also these event animals will not de spawn right away after the event. I can see this have a Economy change to Minecraft worlds for example, Maybe some players will set up shops to sell event animals or someone has a whole building to show them off.
