Dripping sounds for dripping water and lava particles (Just like honey)

Snapshot 19w34a added a unique particle effect called "Dripping Honey" This particle makes a sound when it hits the ground letting the player know that a bee nest is full of honey without having to look at it. I would love to see this little feature added for the other two "Dripping" particles, water and lava, this would add more ambience to caves and would be extra nice for builds that already involve dripping particles.

  Yeah. I love minor details. I voted for the idea, though, the sounds should be really quiet, pretty hard to hear.
