(Parity) Have the same panorama background

Future major themed updates should start using the same panorama background in the menu in Java and Bedrock. It's minor, but I don't like how the panorama backgrounds are different in Java and Bedrock. It's a simple thing to do and would be greatly appreciated.

The panorama background is now the same on Bedrock and Java in the bee update, which is great. Hopefully, this will be the case for every update now.
