I think there is not many mini Boses in Minecraft.
So I think there should be a bee mini boss in the the game which does double the amount of damage than a normal bee and does not die when it stings you. It should be a rare chance of spawning but only spawn under a big tree. It should be 2 times bigger than the normal bees. There can also be a couple bee hives.
