Snow zombie

These will be zombies that can frost walk and drop cold related items (plus other zombie drops) and they can throw snowballs dealing 1 1/2 hearts of damage.

    It had pop up in many YT comments in Polish MC community, I also think it's a neat idea, I even came up with a name for the mob "Chillborn"

    We have the zombie and skeleton for normal, the husk and new parched, and now this and the stray, after that though we need a swamp zombie with the bog.
