When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Villager profession blocks should be piston moveable

Currently not all of the villager profession blocks are piston movable, including the stone-cutter, lectern, grindstone, etc. I figured this out while trying to engineer a piston belt operated profession selector. I finally figured out the piston belt mechanism and tried to place in the blocks only to realize this fact. It sucks that I'm unable to build such a contraption because it would be very fun and useful as an addition to my villager trading hall. Pls change, thanks.

    Something you could do is use the carpet mod.

    But I don't think that would be all that efficient.
