add /gamerule spawnRadius (number) in MC bedrock edition

This Gamerule command is  needed in survival/anarchy servers/realms with PVP enabled. It prevents to spawn trapping/kiingl newbies or in general players who respawn. Minecraft Java Edition does have this command since v. 1.9.0 (combat update)
