(Tamable) Blue viper/ venomous snake

A Venomous blue snake that would inhabit jungle biomes. It would rest on top of the leaves of trees and strike any mob that got too close.
It would bite with a deadly venom that inflicts slowness and weakness until it kills the victim.
It remains nuetral unless you get too close, and if you attack it it becomes hostile and chases you.
Tamable ( maybe? ) it becomes available to tame at dawn before the sun fully comes up.
It wont attack you at dawn if you approach with rabbit meat. When tamed it will rest on the players shoulders
When the player is moving. it has a chance of striking hostile mobs whilst on the players shoulders.
It should be the rarest mob in the game and also the hardest to tame, that way its a cooler acheivment when you obtain one,
Make it the diamond of mobs. Also maybe the player could obtain its venom. Hit it with a potion of weakness
And use a bottle to take its venom.
