Send villagers on quest to do/collect stuff for you.

Hey, this might not get any popularity  but I had a cool idea, I was thinking that it would be cool to send villages on quest to do the things you command them to. For example, certain villages would be able to do certain quest like a mining villager would be able to go collect required ores or blocks you need, and XP villager would be able to collect XP to upgrade and enchant stuff  and many more.  This would also tie in with having villages as companions.  Adding this to the game would make collecting ores, resources, blocks or whatever you needed so much easier.  When a villager completes its quest, it gains  XP which could level it up, when a villager levels up they can get more expensive items or do more useful things.  You can also equip your villages with whatever is required whether that be a pickaxe, Armour or whatever it may be. Thank you for reading my idea and hopefully this can be added to the game.
