Supercharged snow golems

If a snow golem is made out of ice then it shoots snowballs every half second at anything that gets near it except the player that built it, unless it was made from a dispenser (not manually) then it will also attack the player. If made from packed ice it will shoot every 1/4 of a second, and if made out of blue ice, it has a chance to shoot every 1/8 of a second or a ballistic 1/16 of a second. They will deal 1/2 a heart of damage every snowball.
